Old Forge Volunteer Ambulance Corps believes it is important to honor heroes, especially those of country , community, and family. Flags for heroes is a fundraising event that provides an amazing display of American Flags . More importantly though, we celebrate heroes : military, police officers, first responders , mentors, teachers, community leaders , or other heroes past and present. We will place a flag in their honor based on donations received from members of the community. For only a $20.00 donation a flag will fly for your hero on the Old Forge Lake Front on the week of May 23 , 2022. Additionally each flag will have a personalized tag with the honoree’s name on it.
